"I have been with this place for 6-7 years and I love it. Especially the management. They are fast if you need anything to be fixed. Staff very friendly at well at the office whenever you go there. I will recommend this property to anyone I know."

"I lived here a year this is the last month and I can't wait to get out! For two months of the summer we had no ac I kept calling and it kept breaking. They needed to replace the ac unit and they didn't want to spend the money. I currently have no heat in my apartment it got down to 59 last night. I called 3 days in a row about a leak in my full bathroom that was filling up a 35 gallon bucket in 4 hours. They finally stopped by the end of 3rd day and didn't even stop the leak all the way till the next day. Had a gaping hole in my ceiling for over 2 weeks before they came to patch it up. Management was neglectful and rude but the matienence men were very nice it wasn't their fault the office didn't relay messages in a timely manner. It's not worth the money they charge to live here."

"save yourself the stress and DO NOT move here… on everything i love all the good reviews you see posted about this place and about their management ARE FAKEE or bots. we’ve had situations mice when we first moved here… every tenant you talk to will tell you we all deal with roaches no matter how clean your apartment is… no matter how many times you call the for an exterminator, you will still have roaches.We’ve spend so much money on trying to exterminate the roaches ourselves, literally every product,remedy you can think of. STILL ROACHES. it’s embarrassing when you have company on top of the uncomfort in your own home… Not to mention there is no parking and they will tow your car whether you live here or not(to Wilmington, bout 350$ in cash to get out the lot). I had family come cut my birthday cake on my birthday and their cars got towed after them being here for less than a hour… they told me it’s my fault for telling them not to park in the guest parking when there is NO PARKING EVEN FOR TENTANTS….people that live here literally have to park in guest parking … you really just park where you can even if it means walking down the whole block to get to your apartment .The apartments “management” isn’t reach able or doesn’t exist idk but you can only go through the people that work in the office . but they give 0 fcks about what goes on in these apartments . i’ve been trying to reach them for a full year since we moved here (emails , phone calls, voice messages)and i haven’t heard from them once. The people that work in the office are dismissive to all of our complaints and genuinely do not careeeeee at allll. one of the maintenance employees was laughing when me and a couple other tenants were in there all expressing our frustration. Please just do not move here…… even if this is your last resort… i cannot emphasize the frustration and inconvenience these place has caused us and these are just the things off the top of my head."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I have only been stay here for 2 months now. First they let us move in with the oven door hanging off the hinges. My mom called over 5 times and weeks later they decided to come fix’s it. Not only that but 3 weeks into living here the air conditioning decided to stop working which made no sense at all. The “ renovations” are horrible, what makes it worse there holes throughout the apartment for their rats to come through. They put no effort into preventing or even patching the holes. Most nights I am not able to sleep due to the rat scratching on the wall. I’m literally so disgusted with this place. Before I was even able to read the reviews but my mom signed the lease with them."

"They must be getting giving out gift cards or something for these 4/5 star reviews because these people are lying. This complex is disgusting. Roaches and mice. Maintenance come with the want too. Maintenance just opens the door without knocking.. then announces themselves as they’re already walking in. The complex claim to have exterminator every week but good look with that! I haven’t seen any exterminator within the last few months. The apartments are put together very cheap. Don’t get me started on the homeless people that just live in the buildings utility closet. I called and reported it and the office told me to just call the police. Why not have locks on the doors to keep residents safe? The office ladies don’t care about anything but sending you emails about owed rent. The maintenance guys throw trash and things and leave it outside for days. Good luck on getting help once the office is closed. Fire alarms go off. Just crazy to me they’re trying to fix up the exterior while not even working on the INTERIOR. DO NOT RENT HERE. IT IS HELL."
