"Rooms are nasty No services for weeks at a time Carpets nasty Rooms smell like dogs I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay at the Dover Inn, $550.00 a/wk it's not worth it."

"stayed in 2 different rooms because first was next door to people who were constantly fighting the front desk staff was excellent!! I will also be working as housekeeping starting next month.UPDATED REVIEW: I have been employed there as a housekeeper for 1 month,I am doing my best to clean it up inside and out. I am part of a different housekeeping team than what was there for the previous negative reviews. I invite you to come and see if there are any differences from what you noticed before."

"I would never stay here no more. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and plus I don't even SMOKE CIGARETTES and my friend said to the lady that I didn't even want a non smoking room. Well I got a smoking room and plus the carpet was filthy dirty."

"I'm giving this place a 3 for right down the middle. (I cant figure out how to do a 2.5 on this rating system) 2.5. Reason being is I believe they discriminate. I've stayed here 7 years ago. In a ratchet room on the("ghetto side" More on that later). That stay led to my vehicle being stolen. Yet stayed 1 month ago(the cheapest place to stay as I was only passing through per unexpected business). I had an animal with me. And was given uexpected service being that they are a pet free motel. Was told that I'd would even be put on the "non ghetto" side.From what I can tell from my experience is, the ghetto side is rooms in the 100's on left of facing the office. The good ones are those on the right of in the 200's. Just my take. Hope this helps someone."
