"If I could rate this place zero stars or even better negative 5 stars I would. The room was disgusting, I didn't even want to sit down on the bed. The door to our room didn't even shut right and when you locked it all you had to do from outside is lyft the handle a little and push it right open. If you have the option to stay anywhere else do it! This place should be an absolute last resort... I'd stay in my car before I ever stayed there again! When we went up to the office to check out and were going to tell them everything that was wrong with the room they had a sign on the door that said if checking out just leave the key in the room. I would have put a sign up and did it that way too so you don't have to hear everyone checking out tell you about their awful experience staying with them! I don't like bashing places in reviews and I don't just complain to complain in reviews. But when something was as bad as this was I don't see how I can't let others know!"

"The room had no fridge in it to keep food and drink warm. There was no remote in the room so we had to go back to the office. The remote and adapter was not working very well so it was very difficult to change channels. We had to look up how to program remotes. The guy at the desk was kind of weird. There were no toiletries. The room was not expensive but it was not cheap either and I’d think that they would be a little more cleaner. There were couple stains on the bed spread. Who ever does the paint work, tile work, trim work, etc, really needs to find a new career choice because it looked horrible. It didn’t effect me in any way but it was an eye sore."

"Do not stay at this place! It was utterly disgusting. We rented the room and still ended up sleeping in the car. Paid for a glorified overnight parking spot. Rooms smelled of smoke, stains all over the place. Rooms were dirty. Didn’t even want to go in to use the bathroom (went to Dunkin down the road). Heard from locals, it’s Section 8 housing and the owners kicked them out just prior to the race this weekend."

"The room was not clean at all. There was lots of hair and trash on the floor. The towels were dirty and so was the shower. The sink was clogged and the water coming from the tub was brown. When asked to change rooms, they suggested a down grade. Will never stay again."

"Stayed for two nights and had zero issues. There are some bugs, but, other than spiders, you'll never find them unless you look for them. Everything worked and the service was quick and efficient. Will definitely be staying there again."
