"The place is very dated. The only advantage they offer is the location which is right on the boardwalk. Beds are uncomfortable and short. Cleanness is questionable: some towels with spots, dirty microwave and toilet."

"Great location one block from the beach. Check in was not as swift as I would have preferred. We had a reservation for three rooms, two we’re not ready until 4 o’clock and the third room was not ready till after five. They say they would call me when the room was ready and they never did. The facilities are old and in need of updating. Pool is small and cold. Air conditioning in the room works great. I was totally impressed with housekeeping, I left some jewelry in the room after check out and they called me to tell me. They are shipping it to me free of charge so that is great service.!!"

"Nice spot right on the boards. Lots of available parking in centralized lot, very convenient to park safely and leave car for the entire stay. Pool was clean with lots of seating. Room was nice, perfect for the price. Malias Cafe is on ground level and offers great food options for breakfast and lunch."

"The most important things about renting a hotel room on vacation is location, convenience, an awesome shower and a comfortable bed, a small kitchen and they have it all. The beds are heaven. The shower is powerful and water is always hot. It’s at 20th street and still on the board walk. I don’t wana stay anywhere else. Just wish the rates were a little better for single moms like me"
