"I was very upset with the grooming job done recently on my dog. I was told he was matted and they had to cut him short to remove the matting. But did they need to cut him so short that his skin was red?!! I think not. Plus they trimmed about an inch off the end of his tail which wasn’t necessary. Never again!!"

When you have emergencies or you might be running late, she never gets upset with you. She is always there to lend a hand and taking care of your dogs. We have a dog who has anxiety issues and separation issues. She is the only one that he will go to. She is fantastic."
