Pointe On The Bay

"I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Pointe on the Bay has been so disappointing that I feel it necessary to warn others. Since my wife passed away and I was diagnosed with a lymphoma condition, I sought to cancel my timeshare contract due to the emotional and financial burden it had become. Despite presenting them with my unfortunate circumstances, their board of directors heartlessly denied my request without providing any justifiable reason. It seems they have no consideration for the hardships their owners and customers face. I've been left with an unwanted timeshare that serves as nothing more than a painful reminder of happier times and a financial burden. It sadly seems that Pointe on the Bay prioritizes profit over the well-being of their owners. I would strongly recommend seeking other options before considering doing business with this company."

"Management has changed here and service has declined. You can't check in until 5pm! Horrible, especially when you are traveling 2 or more hours. You want to get settled in, unpack, etc. 5 pm is way too late! And, the TV's are old, outdated and too small! The only decent sized TV is in the master bedroom. The living room should have a nice sized screen TV, at least 50 in or better. You have to Sqintt to see the screen ! And, they should be Smart TV's so you can use your apps while on vaca...Lord knows they don't give you any premium channels. It's still a nice place, but it needs dome improvement."

"Easy check in. Clean, well appointed rooms w more amenities than any other property in OC including a boat ramp, private piers and wonderful sunset views!!"

"Really nice, slightly dated and yet updated. Meaning completely remodeled kitchen with a w/d, dishwasher, nice kitchen floor and cupboards, fairly well supplied for dinnerware & flatware, adequate pots & pans. Carpet has seen better days, just wear and tear. This place is 5 stories and on the bay, peaceful, a bit hard to find, use Blu as a point of entrance . Oh, be prepared to bring your own tp and d/w tabs. They provide initial and that's it. One thing I did not like was the dogs that are allowed to stay with their owners, barking, barking, barking. Would love to stay here again."

"Well kept condos with a nice kitchen and washer and dryer. Excellent maintenance. He replaced a dishwasher in a very short time. I had a three bedroom unit even though I didn't request it. Good location and close to everything. Especially enjoyed Happy Jack pancakes. Went to Berlin twice and a wine tasting with music. The only negative experience was trying to reach the office either in person or on the phone."
