Seaside Inn

"The room was okay. The seating area is a worn out grubby chair I would not sit in. Balcony was pleasant except there was a man painting who leaned a ladder against my balcony and left it there and went home. Management had it removed after I requested it. The worst part was the extreme smell of Lysol which took several hours to dissipate with the balcony door open. Very close to beach but you can't see it due to trees. It was very quiet which was good cause it was biker week. Bathroom is too tiny to turn around in. Bed is comfortable. Pool is lovely. No breakfast. Coffee in office area. My advice is stay next door at Fenwick Shores instead. PS. I've no idea what others are raving about. I chose this based on reviews. Must be relatives. Price is not cheap."

"We loved our four night stay! Very clean rooms and in a perfect spot for the beach, shopping and dining! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The complimentary coffee is a bonus. Our dog was delighted as well. People were very friendly and overall we would give more than 5 stars if possible!"

"This place is a gem! You can’t get a better location for the price! If you are a walker or enjoy riding your bike, there is a great street right behind the Inn that you can ride your bike or take a walk !!! You are just a half a block away from the beach! Lifeguards were excellent. Can’t say enough great things about John and his team!!! Looking forward to going back again!!!"

"Great experience. We had a 1st floor room, very clean and it was good to have the small fridge and microwave. The bathroom was small but again very clean. In our room there were 2 queen beds and a full size pullout sofa. Great rates, excellent location. The pool was private and there was an outside shower/ foot rinsing station for patrons. The walk to the beach was a short one. This was a great get away. We will definitely go back."

"I hate to give this place 5 stars because I want it to continue to be a small hotel where I know my family will have a great time. Unfortunately, it's too great not to sing it's praises. We've been coming here for years, the owner is the best. Always accomodates our family. The staff and cleaning staff might be the best on the coast. We will continue to make memories in this well kept, clean hotel."
