"Terrible experience tonight. Was out with my family when one of your middle aged male employees verbally berated one of the children we were with, calling him annoying and yelling at him for touching things. I’m no expert in customer service but I’m positive this was not the way to go about handling this situation. Previously to him yelling at a child, we had asked if there was mealworms in stock and he rudely cut me off mid sentence to shut me down. Would not recommend shopping here, drive the extra few minutes to your nearest petco."
"PetSmart in Millsboro has a great selection of food, treats, and accessories for most of your household pets. Cats, dogs, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, they have you covered. They even have a nice selection of things for snakes, reptiles, and fish. I was amazed at the variety of things they carry for pets. They have housing, bedding, kennels and cages the list goes on and on. Petsmart is definitely a one stop shop for all your pets needs. I highly recommend you check this place out."
"My first impression when I walked in the door was the overwhelming dog smell and dog hair on the mat, this blew me away. I've never smelled this in the Dover Petsmart store when I've visited. Overall, it's a nice store."
