"Our room was NOT clean. We found garbage tired in a bag under the sink in the bathroom, which looked like used condoms. The coffee pot on top of the fridge had dried coffee grounds, and I couldn't use it. The men at the desk had no personality, and we felt like we were bothering them. Ethan was awesome and friendly. The sad part is that we made a hard decision not to return adter many great years there. We found better options at the same cost with just as good location. We miss Leslie!"
"A beautiful room with a full fridge, stove top and exactly what you would need for a quick get away. The staff is super friendly and extremely helpful . There is alot going on in the area ( pier. restaurant etc) but we were helped way above and beyond! They had us park close to walk in and then when they seen my mom was on oxygen, they came out to let us know they were able to put us on the first floor so she didn't have to walk up steps. They definitely went above and beyond and even had to come find us to tell us. Then they made sure we had a place to park close to the ramp for my mom. Even though there is alot going on, the valet and lot workers make sure only guests park in the lot...They stay on top of it! Absolutely loved this!"
"My wife and I have been staying there Bayside for years usually for WInefest. The rooms are clean. The view is great. The staff is friendly. MR Ducks bar is fun to hang out at. Jessie, Ashley, Matty, Brian and Danny are great. Looking forward to seeing everyone same time next year."
"The service was some of the best service we had it any hotel I've ever stayed at and I stay at about 200 hotels a year. Everyone from the front desk to the laundry lady to our maid Anna did everything they could to provide a service and in to have an enjoyable visit. The room was very comfortable we enjoyed the small kitchenette and we like the location very close to the bridge and within walking distance to Boardwalk."
