"The view was great and location was great everything else very disappointing. The place was disgusting we had to clean everything even take dirty linens off beds and buy new ones. The hall when you get off the elevator is hot and very musty smelling. Customer service was no good it took so long to get into the place after driving almost 3 hours it took another hr just to get checked in. I would not recommend this place especially if you have little ones traveling with you. I had to keep telling my 5yr to stop old stop touching things until after I cleaned up ...it really was nasty. Shame on the property owner for not keeping up on what's going on at this place."

"Great place for a family vacation! For the last 10 years we spend a week at Lucyan at the end of August. We have never had any issues, our unit is always clean. The units have everything you need for cooking, coffee & every day needs. Each unit has a balcony and a beautiful view of the bay!"

"The location is awesome. Waking distance to just about everything. We've been staying at this location for 5 years now and my only complaint is housekeeping needs to do a much better job at cleaning the resort in-between guests. I had to clean the shower and sweep the floors when I walked into the our assigned unit. Cleanliness and neatness is everything other than that love the resort and our unit."
