"All was on point. The room was totally renovated , Breakfast buffet first day Canadian bacon , second day regular bacon Miam Miam... The Sophia restaurant dishes were excellent. I tried a new version of carbonara pasta with shrimp, not creamy as the regular carbonara or at least the feeling of creaminess (not supposed to be cream in carbonara) but I felt the alcohol in the sauce which was really good and made those carbonara excellent . It was my wife's birthday Jack the server put a candle on the delicioso creme chocolat (chocolate mousse is fluffy)"

"The hotel stay was awesome! The manager Michael Deleon was absolutely wonderful and nice. He made sure that our stay was great with no issues anything that we did need he was right on the spot. We ran into a small issue and it was handled expeditiously the next morning. Parking was great, shops and food right in walking distance. I would definitely recommend. Rooms were clean, elegant and quiet. Literally great- water view."

"The hotel was really nice. Clean and comfortable. The rooms are very well equipped and location is great. However, for the rooms that are "beach front" on the first floor is a waste of money, the grass is too grown and you can’t see the beach/water, all you see is the high grass. Also, they charge. $150 pet fee per dog. I get it … I just wish they were upfront with it when you book your stay or at least give you the option when you are selecting the amount of rooms and guests, etc. It would be hice to know amount upfront not until you check in. Even though there is a $150 per fee there are no items for dogs in the rooms. Not even a little bed, or bowl or something. They have nothing for your pet which honestly was disappointing since they advertise how. “Pet friendly” they are and charge you $150. There is no carpet, or really anything that a small dog can destroy so the high pet fee is unreasonable and unjustifiable . I like the location of the hotel and the easy access to the beach. If you do better with your pet policy I might come back."

"We booked a stay for 12/30-1/1 and won’t do it again. We have stayed here a couple times a year since 2020 but the last two times this year were a fail. They are currently having a NYE party outside at the end of the parking lot right where our room is and it’s scarring our dog and the music of course is so loud it’s shaking my bed. And it just seems to just be getting louder and louder. Had I known this before booking I wouldn’t have stayed here. I’m not sure who thought it was a good idea to have a block party in a tent outside instead of inside the hotel meeting space. Exhausted and can’t even sleep. Not to mention my room wasn’t what I paid for when I checked in. Fell in love with this place but it’s no longer a place to come and relax."

"BB Ocean Suites was the perfect place to stay in the early weeks of September. We stayed in the building next to the main building. It was quiet and the third floor balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, shore and boardwalk. Our room was newly renovated. Every worker was kind and helpful. There was a new kitchenette that was stocked if we wanted to cook or prep any food. Each morning we went down to the main lobby for a warm breakfast buffet. It wasn’t exactly a luxury buffet with warm waffles or pancakes, but there was a choice of eggs, potatoes and some sort of bacon or sausage. It was more than adequate. The rooftop pool was a relaxing way to end a day at the beach. I wish the sliding roof would open a little more so the pool could get direct sun, but it was clean and nice. I’d say my favorite part of the BB ocean suite vacation would have to be that we pulled into the parking garage at the beginning of the week and didn’t have to get back in our car until we left at the end of the week. Everything we needed was right at the Marriott or along the boardwalk."
