They could not fix it as they needed to order the part. HOWEVER, they provided me a very nice loaner, FREE of charge, so I could still participate and honor the pledges I had received in support of the battle against this terrible disease. "I can't say enough about Chris and the team at Bicycle Connection Bethany Beach. I made a bike purchase which was not a stock item and had a short window to meet the date of my event. Chris was an incredible communicator throughout the process, keeping me up to date on a regular basis. The shop is closed on Monday's and he was there on his day off waiting for my shipment to arrive so he could get it ready for assembly the next day. These guys are top notch when it comes to customer service and exceed my expectations."

He even pulled a second bike for me! I found all of the staff helpful, and professional! There was full disclosure in all the information shared and we felt very comfortable in our decisions. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase, in fact Matt kept asking us if we had any questions. We also purchased a bike carrier. They installed it on my vehicle and reviewed how to use it making sure I was comfortable with using it. The service department checked our bikes out setting them up for our individual needs.
