Originally built in 1972 for family beach fun, The Cottage at Salt Water Pines was completely remodeled in 2023 to provide all of today’s luxuries. The main kitchen features new cabinets, granite counters, appliances, flooring, a water filtration system, wet bar, wine fridge, and more. There is also a new kitchenette in the family room.
Guests can enjoy a private 20' x 10' heated pool with a clear plexiglas roof, outdoor concert sound system, gazebo, firepit, outdoor shower, and plenty of seating. The property also features wifi, smart TVs, fireplaces, and a gas fireplace in the family room. The Cottage has three bedrooms with two queen beds and one full bed, as well as additional sleeping options in the family room and living room.
