"This particular group stole thousands in services from my company by not paying after the services of cleaning were rendered for the homes this company is entrusted with. I have several emails which show how this company stole the thousands of dollars by not paying the invoices for what was rendered. Giving me the run around or just ignoring me. This is not an ethical group or company to say the least. Workers still had to get paid even after Vacasa failed to make payment to my company after work was completed. I'm leaving this review as a warning. Do not have business with VACASA they will rip you off for thousands of dollars and not care if you contract for them or allow them to manage your home. You are a target for the games and deception they participate in. You are at risk for being victimized."
"I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with Vacasa. It's clear that their primary focus is on profit, not customer satisfaction or service. Our experience was marred by an incident that not only disrupted a full day of our trip but also forced us to incur additional expenses for alternative hotel accommodation. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and resolve the issue, the response from Vacasa was consistently inadequate and dismissive. Each time, we were told that a message would be passed to the manager, who, in turn, never responded. When we finally received a response, it was apparent that our concerns were disregarded in favor of the company's financial interests. This entire ordeal has left me extremely upset and disillusioned with their service. It's unacceptable for a business to treat its customers with such disregard. I sincerely hope that Vacasa reevaluates their approach to customer service, as this experience has been nothing short of abysmal."

"Absolute joke of a company. I booked a beach house back in December of 2022. We arrive here July 16th 2023 and see a sign at the house stating no washer nor dryer until well after we check out. How are you not aware of what's going on at properties you rent? I'm ON VACATION with my 4 and 1 year old, along with my wife. You people say oh well not our problem goto the laundry mat? NEVER AGAIN will you get my money. Yes you gave me a 15% refund but that does zero good in the grand scheme. You people should be ashamed of yourselves."
"Had really bad experience with the check-in. They did not provide us with proper instructions to get keys after the office was close. We could get through their phone system for two hours, waiting under the sun with a 5-year old. The system was asking to leave a phone number and promised that someone would call us back shortly. Nobody ever called! Completely irresponsible set-up. We had to call the security office to help us out and link with the agency’s staff. In addition, their instructions for finding a wifi password at the property were wrong. We had to call maintenance next day to recover a correct password. The house was ok, but the agency’s services and attitude were surprisingly poor."
