Summer Place

"It floods INSIDE during thunderstorms. Trying to keep flood water from spreading inside with towels and blankets is not my idea of a relaxing vacation. Also, we were told there were only a few stairs. In reality it was a four-level townhouse. Kitchen and main area upstairs after a narrow full flight of stairs. For those of us on canes, it was extremely difficult to stay there and they didn't have anywhere else to move us to. There were ants on the first level. Only two of the three bedrooms had a TV with three married couples staying there."

"I’m not impress. Kitchen refrigerator has rust on the outside of the front door and sides... kitchen isn’t what was posted on their Website. It’s dated from the 1990’s.. lower level sliding glass door to outside patio doesn’t lock plus it doesn’t slide open so you can’t go to the patio, stains on the furniture in the family room needs a good steam cleaning... I don’t understand how this gets an Silver Crown from RCI. I’m embarrassed to have the company I brought with us to share this condo unit Don’t rent or stay in unit #16 - 2 bedroom 2.5 bath these are the results you get for your money."

"Great for those who enjoy aerobic stair climbing. 4 story unit, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, full kitchen, ocean view if you go out on the top story balcony. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Outdoor pool only, closed for cold months. Outdoor gas grills for barbecue."

"Summer Place is a relaxing, happy environment. Condos range from 2 rooms to upwards of 4, sleeping over 8. There is a beautiful pool and they're currently updating the hot tub. Two parking spaces are slotted per unit and overflow parking is also available on a first-come, first-served basis. It's a 5 minute, or 1 block walk to the ocean and 3 blocks from the Bethany Boardwalk. The staff is incredibly helpful. You can purchase to own a week or rent. It's in a great location and perfect for families."

"We had a great time! The condo was very spacious and nicely furnished (look at uploaded photos). The bathrooms had a lot of storage space and were nicely updated. The kitchen had all the tools you would need and a dishwasher too. And the best part was the washer and dryer located in its own room by the front door, no need to drag sand inside. You can keep all your sandals and bathing suits and beach towels in that room and wash them for the next day. And pool area was great, there were picnic tables and trees to provide shade. Everything was very well kept. And everyone was very helpful and nice!!!"
