"Advanced Auto Parts was awesome! I bought the wrong thing online but the service person Tejpreet quickly helped me return it and figure out the right part. I don't buy a ton of auto parts but the prices seem fair. Very clean and organized store and easy parking too. Update 7/30/23: Advanced Auto Parts North Ave. is still awesome. My car had little to no oil and no coolant and I had no idea what I needed but by the time I left the store Quinten had me completely sorted out and I had every confidence I had the right products and he even gave me some tips on checking the oil. Store is still very clean and organized and obviously well run."

"Terrible customer service. Waited patiently while 1 person was on the phone and another taking care of another customer. Finally after he gets off the phone he calls someone out from the back to help me at the counter. So she comes up front already with an attitude because she actually had to do something. Soon as she gets to the counter she answers the phone instead of helping me. I will never be back to this store. Walked out."

"So happy that Advanced auto parts is in the area. I absolutely hate going to the autozone that is on main street. Such a disaster of a parking lot. Since Advanced is here and has a big enough parking lot to support their customer base, bigger and better selection, and more knowledgeable staff there is no need to go to the other place anymore."
