Dunkin'

"Waited about 20 minutes in the drive through for my mobile pick up. The loaded hash brown were made wrong & they forgot my donut as well. The lady at the window couldn’t understand me & just handed me the items. I attempted to call and it just continued to ring until it hung up. This isnt the first time the wait times have been long or items have been forgotten. This used to be a great Dunkin. Truly sad"

"I visit this Dunkin almost daily. Today the drive through was extremely slow. When I received the order I noticed that my coffee order was not right. I returned to the store and went in. I told the counter staff what had happened and the manager was very accommodating. She was directing at least 6 staff members to give me a new coffee and I mentioned that if an order sticker was placed on the cup it would be beneficial. The staff was so disrespectful and loud each one speaking out of turn in Spanish and from their attitude and voice volume were plainly rude and confrontational to the woman. They had little concern for me and other customers present in the store. Horrible display and a total lack of any professionalism!!"

"Good place but every once in awhile they take too long and when you're lookin through the window there when you're waiting in your car you'll see the staff laughing and joking with themselves instead of preparing. Other than that overall it's a good place"

"I come to Dunkin donut everyday I’m a huge Dunkin coffee lover and I drink 3+ Dunkin coffees a day but at this point I’m gonna switch to Starbucks I repeat my coffee 3 times and yet I still get the wrong coffee everytime and when I ask for the correct one the staff is very rude I am not a happy customer and now I will not come back again it’s not the first or last time this has happened and after today I will not be back"

"Pretty slow but they don’t mess anything up, the food is what you’d expect from a Dunkin.. pretty average."
