"Substandard McDonald’s at best. Difficult turn in to enter the parking lot, however, two lane drive thru is convenient. Incredibly pleasant person at window so thank you! Order was accurately filled, however all of the items were cold. Would come again in a pinch now and again, but otherwise, not worth the $10 bill."
"Upon driving home this morning at around 1:30am, there were cars out the driveway for the drive through and when I drove to the second lane to order and noone inside answered. I proceeded to drive over to the windows for payment and pick up and there was absolutely no employees inside but they left all the inside lights on with no signs that they were closed. Very disapointed that they decieved a lot if customers into thinking they were open."
"Stopped at this place 09/15/23 at 3:30 and asked for a #7 NO PICLES. The guy on the other side called a cucksucker in Spanish just because he couldn't understand! When I paid and took the and parked to eat. I noticed that they gave a dallar menu sandwich COLD THAT THEY TRIED TO TRIED DO REMOVED THE PICKLES!. So I came back and told the manager the guy at the window that my sandwich was cold and had picked on it! The guy got mad and turned around calling me names. So when he got back, he said, "Thank u. I appreciated it!" He turned around, calling me names. So I parked again, and they just heated it up the same sandwiches they gave me before I couldn't believe it! Even the paper rap was the same dirty with sauce and onions! So I came back again! Knocked on the window for 5 minutes. Till another car showed up, or else I would wait even more. So I told THE MANAGER . "Plz u gave me the same sandwiches. Look at the pickles mark on it. Plz return my money!" So he just closed the window at my face! Me personally never go back! Especially with the amazing dinner across the street. Forgot to day French fries was horrible too much salt!!"
"The man who works overnight, can be so rude to customers. He needs Customer Service training because he doesn’t need to talk to people with an attitude because he’s frustrated about his day especially when the customer is asking a question or making a request that normally is done. I understand working in fast food is not easy but no customer deserves to be yelled at at the window for making a simple request. And unfortunately, this is not the first, second or third time he’s been rude, but today was the day I am reporting it."
"Came to this location on September 5th around 1:30am with my boyfriend. We placed a mobile order like usual. My boyfriend only drinks seltzer, but I placed an order for a sprite since there is no option for seltzer on the mobile app. When we got to the window to receive our food, this older hispanic man handed us the drinks. My boyfriend tried asking the employee if he could just switch the sprite for a seltzer since there’s no option for it online, but the employee just walked away. After handing us our bag of food, my boyfriend asked yet again only to be met with the employee aggressively yapping at him that we ordered a sprite. My boyfriend stayed calm the entire time, trying to explain that there is no option online, but the employee wasn’t having it. He even got a copy of our receipt and waved it in my boyfriends face. He then began to yell at us that we ordered a sprite and that’s what he gave us. He refused to listen to anything my boyfriend was saying, and kept yelling. That is when I finally yelled at the man that there is no seltzer option online and to just give us a damn seltzer. Honestly, how hard is it to just swap a drink??? So rude."
