"My partner took me here during the holiday season to purchase a gift for me. When we walked into the store, no one greeted us. It seemed like everyone that walked in after us was getting greeted by all the associates from across the store. While looking for bags, no one asked if we needed assistance with anything. We stood in the same spot for 5 minutes, waiting for an associate to talk to us about the bag we wanted. No one came up to us. Everyone else who came in the store after us, had associates assisting them. It felt like we were just being ignored the entire time, and ultimately we decided to leave. Horrible experience with this specific location."

"Customer at this store is what you would expect from a high end store. Offered cold bottle water, made you feel welcome and comfortable when shopping. Sales lady that help us was very friendly. Was buying a coach shirt and had an area to try the shirt on. Coach shirt are not cheap and T shirts are well over 100 dollars but then again its coach so dont expect things to be cheap.. you pay for what you get...they had some really nice items my wife ended up getting and loves everyone of them.. I did get some points from her for that"
