"We went to get a suit for my husband. We walked in and I believe we turn in invisible people. We were waiting for someone who help us out but the woman was the entire time on her phone and the guy as soon as his customer left ignored us completely, he was more concerned to checked his white suit on the mirror and the woman was still on her phone. No one even said “I’ll be with you guys or just a moment”. The most weird feeling in a store I ever had and an awful service. I’d give zero stars to My Suit at The Westchester mall."

The friendly, knowledgeable, dedicated staff are fantastic at helping experienced suit shoppers as well as those of us that don't know as much (like me) through the process of selecting the proper fabric, fit and style.
