"Inconsistent communication about exchange policy. Receipt says one thing, clerk says another. A lot of the clothes are over priced for their sewing quality. Inspect seams for fraying or bad stich work before you buy anything. I think the dresses and 2 piece sets are fairly priced tho."
"Racially profiled me upon walk in. When walking around the store certain employees were constantly behind me, prying. When I called the manager to make a complaint in regards to racially profiling, she didn’t know what it was. When I explained my claim further, she immediately denied anyone would do such a thing before hearing my perspective. She kept dismissing my feelings about the situation and kept saying those things don’t happen here. I will be reaching out to whoever own the building for a further complaint."
"The cashier at the store was so rude. First we asked if they had a plus section and she nastily told us no. I left the store to shop elsewhere but my daughter stayed. Unfortunately, my daughter received the same nasty response when she asked if there was a fitting room. When I returned to the store to pay for my daughter's clothing with my Amex gold card, I was asked for ID and the woman scrutinized it like I stole someone's ID and card. Not sure I was treated badly because I was black or because I was Muslim. However, it was really disappointing because we were out buying clothes to attend my mother's funeral. There was no need for the nasty treatment. Do better."
"Visted this store today and was cashed out by an Asian man. When I finished my purchase and asked if my valuable item would be put in a bag. The reply was that I never asked for a bag. No hospitality was shown. Proper customer service is to ask if would need a bag or assume that I would. Especially since it was the given in the past to always give a bag as the stuff purchased would need one."
"This place is great to get cute clothes. But ever since covid they closed their fitting rooms and it’s impossible to know if the dress will look cute or not. I would never take the risk of Buying anything without trying the clothes out first. I know they probably prefer the fitting room to be closed so they won’t have to pay an extra body to watch over it but your really losing business from not having them open. I know at least 2 ppl who don’t go To pretty woman anymore because they can’t try the clothes on first. Also you can’t even get a refund if the clothes don’t fit. Retail is all About the fitting room aspect. That’s why we buy retail. I rather just buy from an online boutique now. At least I can get a refund or store credit if it doesn’t fit."
