"Couldn’t believe how detailed and attentive the process was. Zach helped me pick out the perfect running shoe. They analyze your stride by having you walk on some cool machine thingy and then they email the report to you. He brought out like 6 pairs of shoes and didn’t even roll his eyes when I was being super picky. Also fitted me for insoles. I didn’t feel like I was being sold anything and overall it was a very fun shopping experience (and I hate shopping!)."
