"Do not go to Men’s warehouse in west hartford Ct! Rented 10 tuxedos for my sons wedding, 8 had problems. Pictures were at 2:00 and they brought them to the venue at 2:15, they offered my younger son a different color to wear than the other groomsman because they didn’t have the right size and color for him. It’s ridiculous! I said would you allow one of your groomsman to wear a different color at your wedding? I hope the corporate office can do something because I’m praying this doesn’t happen to any other groom. This day should have been stress free and it wasn’t because of mens warehouse, I am so disappointed. My advice would be to train your employees on how to measure people who are renting tux’s correctly."

"I regularly travel. When I do I tend to shop the Men’s Warehouse or K& G Superstores. Today was not one those “better experiences”. I never was greeted when I entered the store. After I completed my shopping on my own, I finally was greeted and offered assistance as I was already proceeding to the checkout. It felt as they wanted to make sure I wasn’t about to steal anything rather than actually assisting me. Thanks for at least offering a bag for my purchase (thought that was standard to get one with a purchase)."
