"I love the store. There's so much choices, but there is one area of opportunity. I work in customer service and I tell my team if it's quiet trust me if there's one person in the store they can hear everything and I don't want to get anyone in trouble, but I will tell you the language that came out of one of the store reps talking to another rep was extremely unprofessional. Using profound words that were unnecessary. I almost walked up to her and said something she seems like a sweet girl, but that type of language is not kept in the store even if they think no one's listening, I heard everything. I definitely would coach the team on being careful what they say and when they say it. Use the back office they need to discuss personal issues."

"Very disappointing service from the manager here. Rude and unhelpful when explaining our situation (which was pretty simple). When I asked her to check on the status of our order, she simply refused. She even refuse to check later and call/text back me back."

"This Dollar Tree is not the best store of 2022 like it was in 2021. Stood in line for over 15min with only 1 register open. Watched as an employee walked into the store from smoke break, walked pass cash registers with only one open line of literally 8 customers (line going all the way into aisle) and into cash office and not come out until the line had only two people in it. Very poor customer service. Definitely don’t recommend this location."
