"Hired me on the spot for a full-time position as a styling coordinator assistant. Should’ve seen that as a sign. General manager was barely active (I rarely saw her), and the assistant manager had numerous complaints of racism and treating associate staff rudely. Severely understaffed as a result of poor treatment. Left after a week because it’s really not that deep and this is old navy, and she acted like she was selling hand sew designer clothes made of rare fabric."

"What a mess! Piles and piles of stuff, everywhere. I don't blame the staff (looks like there were only two employees this morning) as, for a reason which is beyond my understanding, it is somewhat socially acceptable for customers to just dump things on the floor after trying them. Took me ages to go through the mountain of shoes to find a pair for my daughter. Then waited what seemed like an eternity to pay as each customer haggles the cashier attendant with piles of coupons. Next time, I'll shop online."
