"++Update ++ Repeat great experience, since I can't post another review I am updating this one! Yolanda helped me this time (10/12/2023) knowledgeable, patient and overall very nice! Made sure I was aware of other sales and even helped me look up a previous purchase to ensure I was getting the right size. There was another woman there who was also super friendly! Great job ladies and keep it up! I will always come back to this location! Original review: This location is open!! I went in on (9/25/2021) and worked with Jasmine, she was absolutely phenomenal. She helped me with a resize and provided product suggestions that were perfect. I ended up buying the things she suggested. Thank you for such a great experience!"

"Worst costumer service in this store Really not trying to help the costumer. Was trting to return a bra my mom bought and the manger didn't even make an honest attempt to take ut back despite it being with tags"

"Both of the ladies helping me yesterday were nice, knowledgeable and patient despite being busy with demanding clients. Took the time to help me find some great fits and didn’t stop pulling styles and sizes until I found a few great pieces. Thanks to D/Dee and the other very nice young lady who helped me and kept their cool & smiles despite ringing phones and needy customers! Rare service to find these days."

"I have shopped at Soma for years but never have I been as disappointed and angry as I was when I went into the store earlier today. The person “helping” me was rude from the start, never once did she smile, and did not come to the fitting room to check if the bra I was given was a good fit. When I emerged from the fitting room and explained why the bra wasn't a good fit she argued with me instead of giving me a different one to try on. I also watched the same sales person being less than friendly towards and older woman. Needless to say I left without buying anything, even though I intended to buy more than just a bra!"
