"Today at check out, the manager Francisco started complaining about other store members to another cashier and once he finished checking out the customer in front of me, he literally walked away outside to get a cart. He didn’t tell me ANYTHING and walked away. He came right back in and thought he was coming back, and he never did. He shouted to the other cashier, “I am not in register, I am not going to do it.” A very nice young lady came and apologized and checked me out. It was the worst customer service experience especially coming from a manager?! How is Francisco considered management with that attitude and carelessness? I need his boss or corporation to contact me immediately."
"It’s a well stocked brick and mortar shop for a chain that has some wild clearance deals occasionally. It’s good to have this physical Store to make returns because they do not offer returns online. You have to go in Person to return any item you purchase online. The staff are all kind and considerate. I’m thankful for their assistance and patience."
