"I have been to this location multiple times, each time I leave annoyed. I went recently to fit my wife, who is shorter 5’2” and hit a rental set at petite length much better than her stock length clubs. We went to get them cut to a petite height and after explaining above, were immediately scoffed at. They asked to see her swing and the whole time condescending comments were made, such as, “who told you to cut the clubs, YouTube?” “You may just need a psych eval and need confidence.” “Thats what she does right create problems that aren’t there?” “Don’t get defensive.” Mind you, we never spoke back to the employee in any manner that would warrant that statement. At the end of every rude comment there was a chuckle. Even after seeing her hit her longer irons fat and no distance, the repeated comment was “your swing is fine, I don’t see anything wrong, just choke up.” They constantly did not listen and just wanted to hear themselves speak and say you’re wrong. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and I can say I will never go back to this location again."
