"Worst customer service. Do not shop at JDSports! This was my first time in the store...I tried to exchange a pair of shoes gifted to me over christmas for a bigger size. Shoe was way to small and they refused to take it back accusing me that it was worn..when clearly it did not fit my feet nor did it look worn. Don't shop here for your sneakers!!! Rude employees!!!"

"Asked for a specific shoe said they had it. Went to pay for it and it was the wrong shoe. They then found the correct shoe but the box was completely destroyed. Intended for a gift but I’ll be unable to wrap."

"Last week I went with my husband. It was on a Friday. Nobody ask us if we need help or nothing they would just look at us and then when we say that if somebody help us they will look at each other. I just feel like it’s waste of time going to that store. They never have your size and they always want to give you the one that everybody touch."

"I found a pair of shoes that were clearly marked on sale so I asked if I could get it in my size. I waited roughly 30 minutes to get my shoes which I think is a ridiculous amount of time to wait while I saw others get their shoes way after I had asked. So I went to checkout and the shoe rung up regular price. I told the associate that they were marked on sale for $50 and she asked me to show her the shoe and when I went to go point at it, it was gone. She went to go ask her manager and the manager said that the sale price was put in error. Even if it was an error, that was the managers fault for not checking what they put on the floor for the customers to buy. They should have honored the price that was on the floor as that was an error on their behalf. It was so convenient that after I had saw the sale price the shoe was just gone and no longer on display. On top of that the store was so packed and they only had 2 associates on the floor. I think they just need a better team in general."

"Worst customer service . Was told from one associate that they had a shoe size then to be told by the manager they did not have the size because he wanted to get mad when asked a simple question. If i were the owner i would definitely do a sweep in associates and start replacing the manager asap hes definitely losing sales and business with his attitude and terrible customer service. Also train your staff properly they cant tell customers to purchase products before even trying them on ."
