"I returned a holiday gift without receipt, but had all tags and evidence of transaction on my credit card statement, but J. Jill had no record of the transaction. How does the store not have a record? And conveniently their call to customer service was useless bc they were upgrading. It seems like tremendous effort to not refund. "My issue is with JJill's policy of charging more ($10.00) for clothing sizes 1x and up. The falsehood that it takes more material to make those items therefore costing more to make is insulting. If that were true then a large should cost more than a medium and much more than a small, etc. Shame on you for portraying yourselves as celebrating diversity as your models suggest. Your policy is discriminatory."
