Excellent service, but beginning now - at the end of September - to wonder why we paid top dollar, will pay for delivery, but are still waiting for them to show up. Hopefully, WHEN THEY ARE FINALLY DELIVERED, we will forget our exasperation and will change our rating to ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I ordered a braddington young sectional from Gary. He was super nice and helpful. Said it would be 10 weeks. Paid in full. At 10 weeks they said 4 more weeks. Then 4 more weeks. Then 3 weeks. I then call Braddington young customer service who was very helpful and told me my sofa was complete and ready for pickup. All I heard from Gary was be patient, no explanation just be patient. The only time he communicated with me was when I reached out. I still don’t have my sofa and it has been nearly 6 months. I hope it was worth the wait. Sofa finally arrived and it is absolutely beautiful. The whole experience would have been better had I been updated without me having to reach out. I was finally told by BY that they had a difficult time finding my leather. Had I known this that would have helped. Super happy with my sofa!"

"I recently purchased a Sherrill sectional through Beautiful Rooms. This is not my first purchase with BR; I bought 2 Sherrill lounge chairs and ottomans from Gary 20 years ago. I have never visited his store and have always ordered directly over the phone. Gary's customer service has been fabulous and his pricing is excellent. Delivery was perfect both times and there has been no issues whatsoever. Purchasing a replacement sectional during the pandemic was very stressful but Gary patiently and expertly walked me through every option for the over all design and I couldn't be happier with the result.
