"Placed an online order. One of the items was only half in stock. Waited about 15 minutes while they tried to figure it out and ended up getting a partial refund. The person helping me was nice but I was annoyed at the time of the process , defeating the entire purpose of the pre-order/pickup"

"Placed an order online… it was canceled with no explanation. There were 14 pieces in stock and since everything seems to always be on the top shelf I thought I’d order in advance. I figured I would give them a head start finding the items. No luck ! They just gave up! Customer service had 5-6 ‘associates’ just standing around playing angry birds on their phones. Only one person tried to help me find the order… Ernie in the door got up from his desk and looked in multiple places to help me. I give Ernie 5 stars! I left and went to another store and found what I needed. Poorly managed store in my opinion. Put Ernie in charge!"

"They did not install my gas dryer. They said I needed to have a plumber do it because they are delivery people from CT and not plumbers. They then didn't want to take the dryer back with me until I had them call their supervisor who agreed to give me a refund. It took a few weeks but I got my refund. Highly dissatisfied. On a good note: they did install my washer and took my old one away for a fee."

"Attention HD, when a corporation like you runs the little guy mom&pop shops out of business, honor your obligation to keep items in stock for the communities you've fleeced. Time to smarten up, and clean up your store, look at these photos taken recently... Constantly empty fastener drawers! The stores you eliminated used to stock all this stuff in volume.... And look at the condition of your merchandise displays!"

"Great place. I've been here a million and one times in the last year alone. The associates at this location are consistently helpful! Great variety of products here and has a much better layout than the Enfield location. Customer care associates are phenomenal as well- they've been very helpful in complex situations."
