"Spent over two hours with salesman named Moe who was somewhat helpful despite his knowledge on fabrics. There fabric selection was a mess with limited quality fabrics, showroom has dim lighting and despite these hiccups I was ready to purchase until the salesman, after working solely with me thru out the store for two hours & while my husband left me to shop while lounging in a recliner … Moe approached my husband and only my husband with the written estimate! It’s 2023 believe it or not women can make choices and decisions and sign for purchases! Just like pretty women, you work on commission right? Jordan’s Furniture got a huge sale and you made a huge HUGE MISTAKE!"

"Horrific customer service. The owner Mike verbally attacked a family member when there was an issue with the fabric wearing. It was extremely unprofessional. They do not deserve the business of good people when they make mistakes on the sales side then blame the customer. Save your frustration and go elsewhere."

"My husband and I ordered a sectional from this business. We were happy with our purchase until the fabric started pulling not even 6 months of owning it. I contacted the store, they sent a representative out to look at it who stated he could not fix the problem. Pieroways then wanted to send a cushion out foe testing to see what the issue was. They claimed it was from wear and tear and because we have dogs (that only go on the couch on occasion and when they do there is a blanket under them). The owner then stated we could replace the sectional for a cost. When we went to the store to pick a new fabric, the owner was rude and unprofessional. Berating me and talking down to me and my husband like we were idiots. I explained when we purchased the sectional we were told the fabric we chose would last a lifetime. Obviously that was not the case. We reordered a new sectional with new fabric. When it came in, it was not correct. I called the store and explained the situation and they argues, said it was ordered correct. The person I spoke with said he would call me later in the day after he looked into the issue. When he called me back, he asked me to send him photos. After I did, his response was I guess you aren't crazy. Not only am I not crazy, but Peiroways is incredibly unprofessional and rude and I will NEVER do business with them again. I also advise that if you took the time to read this, you also choose not to do business with them."

"Had a good number of extra wide recliner chairs... Five or six, I believe. The salesmen were very helpful and the delivery was smooth. I went to all the furniture stores in the area and ONLY Pieroway's had the largest selection of what I wanted. Lazy Boy only had one!!! Pieroway's also gave me only the amount of credit I needed to purchase the recliner, another store gave me $13,000 and now it must be removed from my credit report. If I wanted to wait longer I could have chosen from many fabrics and colors but the recliner is exactly what I needed and so comfy. No high pressure to get extra warranties or other expensive add-ons."
