"I spend a stunning amount of money here. With 5 boys I always need something. Today I stopped in and decided I'd grab a pair of NB sneakers for my son they only had 1 pair of the ones we liked in his size and they were the display pair of course. So naturally upon check out being that it was on display and the only ones I did ask if they could do anything about the price. Lol I got shut down before a manager was even asked then when I asked if they could ask a manager the manager responded so quickly it was crazy. It is what it is but I Normally don't have these issues with this store they have done this in the past once or twice its ok I did got my points and a 10 reward but the customer service here is definitely slipping nowadays."
