"This happened Fri 8/11/23. If I could give "0" stars, I would have. Misinformation and Dishonesty seems to be part of the store policy. I was "tricked" into the store for some cargo pants. They fit well on the tiny mannequin in the window so, I thought they would fit me, petite. DISHONESTY. I had been looking for black cargo pants for 2 days. At this point, I didn't feel like trying them on, so during my transaction, I asked the cashier what was the return policy. She said "no returns, only store credit or even exchange." I then stopped putting my hand over my $20 on the counter. She then said, "But if it's the same day, we can refund your money back." With that, I completed my transaction and told her I was going to try them on. She opened a dressing room for me. The pants, SIZE SMALL, were huge on me, not fitted like the tiny mannequin in the window. DISHONESTY. Went back to counter for a refund, and then the cashier realized she made a mistake as the refund wouldn't go through. MISINFORMATION. She called another worker who informed me they "could not take cash out of the register" and that the policy is no refunds. Only a store manager could actually do a refund and of course, there is no manager working. There was nothing else in this store that I wanted--this stuff is for younger people-- so now I have to go back Saturday when a manager will be available. To the cashier who made the mistake: very nice and respectful and took full responsibility. The heavy-set girl has an attitude problem. Don't bother calling the customer service number...it doesn't work. PS...Your Website Says You Do Issue Refunds!"

"The poughkeepsie galleria store has some nasty retail workers. The heavy set woman with the huge eye lashes specifically. Couldn’t get her name because she threw my shirt and receipt at me across the register and wouldn’t answer my question. I bought a damaged shirt that can’t be “resold” but they have leggings with holes on them on the sale racks. First and only time I’ll give them my business."

"My husband took me there in Poughkeepsie, New York and they had these nice long sweaters on sale so I thought for $10. Well my husband was getting me (4) of them and when he go to check out it came up $12.50 each not $10 and he tells them you have to honor what you have up there and they didn't so we left them there. I told him to ask for the manager and she goes I can sell you one for $10 my assistant made a mistake with the price. Since when it's the consumer that's at fault cause the store made a mistake. Well I email the company and waiting to hear from their district manager."
