"Hello. I want to start by saying I love your company and product. I am a Torrid VIP member. Today I was shopping at my local Poughkeepsie, NY store and was extremely upset by the way I was treated by your employee Nicole. She was rude and very unprofessional. I was purchasing a shirt and wanted to use my extra 10% off coupon that I received for doing a store pick up. She told me I was not allowed to use it because I had already picked up my order the day before. I tried to show her and explain the coupon clearly states valid for 30 days. She didn't care and didn't want to try and scan it to see if it would work. The whole time she was rude. It wasn't so much about the coupon as it was the way she treated me. After all the frustration I asked a different girl to scan the coupon and it worked with no issue. Nicole made me feel invalid as a customer. I shop this location all time and it has ruined my experience."

"First visit today and I thought the store was great. The customer service was excellent and the dressing rooms were very nice. I appreciate that it offers women's clothing sizes 12 and up. The prices were reasonable and they had a great sale going on today too! I will definitely be back."

"Excellent source for cool clothing. I thought they offer only plus sizes but they have clothes for size 10 and up! Although their regular prices are high they always have fantastic sales for the budget conscious. Nice mix of casual, dressy, and work attire. Staff was friendly and helpful! Update ...Went back and had another excellent experience. Emily was so helpful. My daughter was looking for work appropriate attire. She found great pieces and could have ordered online if they didn't have something in her size store."
