"Left the fitting room for 15 seconds with my personal items still in it to change the size of an item, came back to it with someone else in it. The employee who’s job it is to unlock the fitting room said they’ll check the room when the person leaves, then of course never came back or checked the item. I’ve had to wait outside for the person to finish and ended up missing my appointment."

"I've wasted a lot of money in this store over span of six years. I ended up having to give the shirts to Goodwill or throwing them out after a wearing them only for a year. The graphic t-shirts will shrank two sizes in the wash if you wear them out a lot like I did. Their henleys are made of a cheap cloth if you put them in the wash they will get ruined after several times. They have the nerve to raise the price of their graphic t-shirts from $24.95 to $29.99. I won't ever shop in Express ever again after spending hundreds of dollars in their store."
