"I had a pair of shoes that I returned to the shoe department. I had unfortunately had them in my trunk and it had been over thirty days. The salesman was kind enough to give me a credit to use at the store, and respectfully explained that he made an exception this one time. This salesman is always helpful and nice when I go there. I am sorry I can’t remember his name. I then headed over to the Clinique counter and was helped by Cruz. She was very nice and a pleasure to speak with. Very personable and professional."

"I went there a few weeks ago because I needed a new suit. I walked around the men's department looking at different options and I was there for about 20 minutes and I didn't see a single employee! No help at all! There were three women at the cash registers but they didn't look like they wanted to actually move out from behind those registers at all. So essentially no service for me to spend three or four or five hundred dollars for a suit. I give that store location maybe another 3 years before they're gone. You are better off going to the Men's Wearhouse where the service is impeccable."
