"Giving this store a 1 is a gift. We came into the store for the first time and were never greeted. We could hear two ladies complaining about something having to do with register procedures and counting, and as we got further into the store we could see the two ladies leaning on the counter, cell phones in hand, just gossiping away. They never acknowledged us or moved from where they were, although both looked over at us. We looked at each other, my wife chuckled, then we turned to make our way out. We saw a third employee putting away clothes and she turned to look at us as we walked out the door. Very poor customer service."

"Maria was great! She was pleasant, friendly and professional. She assisted me with finding clearance bras, ad well as regular priced bras. She was patient and everything. I drove from New York and this visit was definitely worth the travel. Also, the other representative, who's name I didn't get, was also super nice and a great conversationalist. "The workers are very helpful and work with you to find the size and style you are looking for. In the past couple of years Lane Bryant has begun having many sales throughout the year instead of just twice a year. The quality is amazing and I should mention it is a plus-size fashion store."

"I have mixed reviews of this location. When I go in to shop, I like to browse. When I first walk in, I am greeted and they tell me the sale that day, which is fine. When I went in this last weekend, there were 4 employees just roaming around the store doing nothing. Only once did I see one of them folding underwear. My husband and I were shopping and I could feel them staring at me the ENTIRE time. Anytime I turned to see if they were staring, they were. Leave me alone and let me shop. Even when I was trying a shirt on, I came out to show my husband, they are watching me. Not a good experience. I'm a business professional and every time I go in this store they make me feeling like they are watching me for stealing. I've never stolen anything in my life, and I don't appreciate them treating me like that. I can see why they don't have many customers. Its sad because they have nice clothes & bras even though they are a bit overpriced. I can purchase an equal quality shirt from JcPenney for half the cost. You may want to consider this review for your future customers before you lose them all and end up closing the store."
