"We scheduled our 2018 cx-5 (purchased used August 2021) for a 5000 mile check-up. We were taken promptly and courteously at our scheduled appointment time. We were told in advance that the service would take approximately 2 hours but they would send us a short video when the work was half completed. True to their word we received the video. When we returned to Liberty Mazda to pick up our car, Jason( service manager) had the paperwork , and our keys ready to go. He even ran our car through the car wash. All in all a great experience...both thorough and professional. This was the 1st of two pre-paid visits we received when we bought the car in August. Would definitely recommend."
