"Bad service, I took a vw Passat car to fix the water pump and then they told me to pick it up in a tow truck because they couldn't fix the car, which turned out that the car was running and I didn't take it in a tow truck, what happened was that they damaged the valve and spark cabling anyway a disaster which I had to sell my car"
"Fast secure and reliable service. Compassionate and understanding to your needs with curtios service and professionalism I would highly recommend them."
"Joe is a great and honest mechanic, hard to find these days sad to say. Bought two cars from him, and a while back he put a motor in my Ford Taurus wagon. Nothing but great dependable service. My mechanic."
"Flawless services and very affordable in my opinion I literally saved over $300 on a job that I had quoted by 6 other shops professionals and very time effective also. No complaints from me very happy customer here! I recommend them seriously 100%"
"First off let me start by saying this review is way over due.. A couple years ago I had a problem with my 03 maxima which the root of the problem was a faulty gas pump located in the fuel tank but at first glance they thought it was a skipped timing chain guide in the engine which never really happens in these maximas & is about as rare as spotting sasquach or a unicorn.. Anyways they told me I needed a new engine as they were certain it was that so I proceeded onward and just said ok let's swap the motor then.. A couple of days later I was contacted by the son who told me they put in the new engine and the problem still persisted it was then that I recalled having changed the fuel pump & told him to check it to see if anything was wrong there & surely it was the pump all along.. I then asked them to please remove the newly installed engine and they refused even after confirming there was never a skipped timing chain guide to begin with but they refused to and stiffed me with a bill of $3500 dollars. They knew that my engine was problem free after this discovery of the fuel pump but did not care what so ever about charging me all this money for a job I never needed to begin with. I do however understand that the time and effort they put forth was extraordinary to say the least but maybe they should just have found the problem to be 100% instead of just trying to get a nice big payday. I actually like Roy he seemed like a nice guy but this is a shady business practice and anyone with 1 ounce of integrity and respect towards another person working hard to make ends meet shouldn't have taken advantage of for a quick buck. Be warned yes they are able to fix things but don't make the same mistake I did and MAKE SURE your cars problem is 1000% correctly diagnosed before bringing it here as it will cost you big time and even when they notice it was the wrong job needed they will NOT undo any work done and will exhaust you of your hard earned dollars shame on you I hope you sleep well at night knowing you are legal crooks abusing your power as mechanics. BEWARE & BRING YOUR CAR HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I SOLD THE SUPPOSEDLY "DAMAGED" ENGINE 6 MONTHS LATER TO A BUYER AND THE MOTOR WORKED FLAWLESSLY!!!"
