"Went in already knowing what I needed to get done (Ac previously diagnosed by private mechanic that did not have the proper lift for the job hence why I went to Bill’s) and I mentioned this beforehand because I just wanted to know how much the job would cost. Well 1st off they didn’t even put my car on a lift to begin with, all they did was a quick visual inspection. Yet they still felt the need to charge me $50.00 just to tell me what I already knew? Doesn’t make any sense. Took my business elsewhere for that reason alone. Not only did the next shop not charge me for just confirming what I already knew the problem was, but the job alone cost me way less than what Bill’s quoted me…. Stay away from greedy shops like these!!!!!!!!"
