"Never Use this place, even your insurance company suggests. Took more than a month to get my car back. I dropped off my defender 130 with front end issue on around July 5 th by my son, I went on vacation out of country , went in person to see about progress as my son did not get any update, on July 21, they did not have any answer, spoke with Frank he gave vague answer , they cant give any estimate time of repair, asked why is it taking so long, he they are busy have 60 cars and they cant tell exact time. Called again on august 3 , after one month , no proper answer, said cant say estimated time, spoke with Frank again said on Friday if possible August 4 th, Since they were rude in anwering i told my son to call on aug 4 th, without explanation they said that it will be ready aug 8 th, when he called on aug 8 , they said on aug 11 th without any explanation. Since we we were not getting proper answers and Frank was rude on phone, did not have any choice and asked my insurance company to call them on aug 8 th, when they called they said again to insurance ready on Friday 11 th. Out of blue moon i got call from insurance company that my car is ready on Aug 9 th , JUST IN ONE DAY THEY FIXED MY CAR WHEN THEY GOT CALL FROM INSURANCE COMPANY. Liberty Honda will not give any Respect to customers as we are not paying them, they get money from insurance company, they listen to them. Went to pick up car. Front desk they don't even have courtesy to greet customers , after paying deductible, gave keys, did not have courtesy to say where my car is to pick up. when asked she said its parked outside to look around. May god bless this company employees . Insurance company should choose other repair center . finally after 1 month 3 days i got my car back, my friends other car has more damage than this ,was given in 8 days in other collision center. Can give five star for work they did behind door . zero stars for communication and delay in work."
"My car was stolen and had damage done to it. My car was taken to this collision center months ago. I am still waiting for my car. Every time I call I get a different answer. Parts are all there and are on the car. Next time waiting for parts I need for some to tell me when my car will be ready. I have been spending extra money trying to get my kid to and from school and still paying my car note. I have talked to a lawyer that I work with to see if there is any course that I can take regarding transportation. Since you guys can’t give me an answer as to when my car will be ready and why I get different answers every time I call. I know you guys know this is unacceptable! 2 months. I am pretty sure if this happened to either of you, you would not let this fly so why are you doing this to me."
"I took my car here as requested by my insurance, dropped it off, and came soon after the claim was filed and the car was totaled to collect all of my personal belongings. When I arrived, despite never having signed any release forms, removing the plates, or signing over the title, the shop sent my car out with all of my belongings in it. Not even so much as an apology, was told this was simply a miscommunication and that it’s great the lot it was taken to wasn’t too far away! Couldn’t recommend this place any less, have now had to waste my time today and will be wasting my time later this week when I have to go collect my car. Do not take your vehicle here, they will give it away without your permission and give you a smile and pat on the back while they do it."
"Takes very long time to fix the small problems. I was very unlucky to get my rear bumper clipped twice in one year. First time it took 3 days at Hoffman Collison Center in Avon. At Liberty, it took them almost two weeks to complete the SAME repair. They also don't answer the phone calls and don't return calls."
"After an accident causing tens of thousands of dollars of body and mechanical damage, this shop got my car running as if it was never even hit. The repair took quite a bit of time, however this was due to dealing with an insurance company who did not want to take responsibility for their driver causing the accident. Frank and I had gone back and fourth for a few months, and with his help we were able to get a second opinion and get things settled. I would go back for future repairs, and recommend to anyone who wants work done well."
