"Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced at the holyoke Bobs Store, not only with the employees in the stores, store “security guard”. But also with the higher up management. Store is always empty anytime I have been in there, and now I see why. I give it a matter of time until all their stores are closed down. This is how they treat paying customers?
