"The customer service at Champs is top notch and every employee goes above and beyond to first make you feel welcomed and secondly help you in selecting the right shoe for you! Every employee I have ever met at this location has been an absolute delight, but particularly Jared and TommyLee. I recently was at another competing shoe store at the mall waiting for over 10 minutes for a sales associate to give me the time of day so I could purchase a pair of shoes. After being looked over and not acknowledged I decided to leave and go to Champs instead. I barely even got to the women's section before TommyLee greeted me with a warm smile and asked if he could help me find anything (mind you he was clearly in the middle of doing something, had stacks of shoes in his arms and STILL was able to greet me.) He helped me pick out a pair of Adidas, was able to answer all of my questions about the shoe and give me his honest opinion to help me narrow down my decision. I appreciated his input and was blown away about his clear knowledge of the different sneakers he was selling. Customer service goes a long way in my book so when I was ready to purchase another sneaker (I'm a personal trainer so I go through them quickly) I was greeted with the same exceptional service from Jared. Jared was equally as knowledgeable and welcoming and went out of his way to go back and forth bringing me all the different options I wanted to try on. I can be a bit indecisive and not once did he seem annoyed or try to rush me. He even helped assist me in ordering a pair to get shipped to my house seeing as they didn't have my size in the store. I would recommend anyone and everyone purchase their shoes from Champs if you're looking for a knowledabgle staff, great selection and overall Grade A shoe buying experience. "The young woman who cashed us out treated us like we were burdening her. To the Champs company, as a former business owner myself having a someone with type of attitude as a cashier can hurt business. To the young woman at the counter, customer service is key to getting people to return for their business. I unfortunately will not be returning."
