"I went in today and decided I was going to purchase a shirt. Went up to the register. There were 2 girls behind it that ignored my existence, they were clocking out. There was a guy and another girl that were working, one standing right next to the counter, the other came behind the counter and I thought he might be coming to cash me out. Nope, both avoided eye contact with me. I stood there for 3 minutes and although at once point there were 3 people behind the registers, standing directly in front of me, nobody offered to cash me out. Threw the shirt on a rack and walked out."

"Employees give you looks, side eyes, no greeting upon stepping up to the cashier to pay, just complete silence, the girls all hate their job there. Why even work there. A very unpleasant atmosphere to be shopping in."

"This coat was purchased 3 days ago and there's a hole from loose threading and the trim on the cuff has come off. This was a 70 dollar coat!!!! Thankfully I got it on sale but the nerve to sell 5 dollar coats with a fancy name on it it's a shame on them. We are local shoppers this is our mall dont play people."

"3 days after I purchased a remixed down coat There's a hole in the arm the trim around the cuff has fallen off. They were on sale from 70 dollars to 25 thank God because this trash is not even worth 5 dollars. I'm tired of these people selling labels on trash materials."

"Had to exchange a purchase from online, I had no receipt they called over to online. Found it and returned full amount. They could of just returned no receipt and lowest cost of product. I felt the Representative went out of her way to help. Daughter also found other items to purchase as well."
