"Authentic Sichuan food. Stumbled upon this restaurant & so glad we went in. Warmly welcomed by the service staff who spoke English as well as Mandarin & Cantonese, we knew we were in for a treat when we learnt the chef was from Chengdu. Service was friendly, helpful & prompt. The food appeared piping hot & fast! Great when dining family style & sharing dishes. The Gong Bao chicken was outstanding as well as the tofu & chilli fish. In facf - everything we had was spot on & spice levels can be adjusted. Reasonably priced & portions are large so be hungry when you come here. Definitely recommend this place for a quick & spicy authentic experience."

"Fantastic Chinese restaurant in the heart of midtown. I was looking for a decent Chinese restaurant that was kid friendly and I stumbled upon The Best Sichuan on Google. I am thrilled that we gave it a try. The food was delicious. Everything was prepared fresh and exactly to order. Everything was really full of flavor. You could tell that everything was homemade. The sauces were not overly sweet and had just the right amount of spice. All dishes were prepared with fresh herbs and spices. The kitchen was speedy as well which certainly helps with a bunch of hungry kids. Also, the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, attentive and gracious. The restaurant was also extremely clean and well kept (even the bathrooms were spotless). A true gem, and we'll definitely be back!!"

"Greeted warmly upon entry, the menu is varied and guarantees for a pleasant delicious meal. They can adjust spice levels as needed, so I ordered a milder version of the chicken dry pot, as well as an amazingly cooked scallion pancake, which it’s flakiness reminded me of a warm buttery croissant. Bonus points, I asked for a ginger ale, and they brought out an ice cold can of Canada Dry, I’ve been getting lots of unflavourful fountain ginger ale from restaurants lately… Loved the experience, Best Sichuan can keep their name and bragging rights."
