"I cannot heap enough praise on the Ukrainian National Home Restaurant! Authentic, delicious Ukrainian food, prepared and served by real Ukrainians. The decor is humble and beautiful. So lucky to have found it!"
"I visited a Ukrainian restaurant, I haven't felt so disappointed in a long time. I am from Ukraine and I really know what dishes should be. We ordered borscht, dumplings and pancakes. Borscht was a little sour, maybe because it was not fresh, I don't know, borscht 3/5. Dumplings looked untidy, but the taste was not bad, but it could be better. My biggest disappointment was pancakes. It seems like the simplest dish, but they were overcooked, the unpleasant taste of butter and filling was strongly felt - the jam was sour. The siege was not satisfactory, therefore 2/5. If you visit you will understand why. Therefore, I was determined for the best, but left hungry and disappointed"
"This restaurant is a true gem (a bit hidden at the end of 60 feet hallway). We had halushky with feta and bacon and letcho (Hungarian goulash) with potato pancakes. We have also fried the white borscht (cold soup with buttermilk). Everything looked good and was delicious! Service was fast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
"We came here about 1:30 on a Sunday so there was maybe a 20 minute wait for a table for two, and that’s to be expected because it’s a popular family restaurant. It’s a no frills place with really tasty authentic Ukrainian food, so although the interior is nothing to write home about, you will enjoy the grub! We had potato pierogi and potato pancakes with sour cream. . Server forgot the apple sauce and was overall not that attentive but in her favor , it was pretty busy. I would come here again but at a less busy time."
