"Karen seemed nice enough. But she didn"t cut my pup's hair. She said she likes to ease new puppies into the routine so they'll have fun and like going there. So she just shampooed him ($20)and rescheduled me for two weeks. I waited the extra two weeks, and when I called for the time, she had forgotten who we are and abruptly insisted she did not have my dog as a client and wouldn't fit my dog in on the appointed day. I went elsewhere and got my puppy groomed that same day by some more easy going, accommodating folks here in town. I just don't need that kind of grief."
