"I have appreciated this pharmacy very much for the past year. I don't know if the pharmacist I've dealt with recently on staff is new or I hadn't noticed the staffing change but this person is extremely unhelpful and got downright condescending with me when she made a bad error on my required daily medication. I have never had a problem here prior but am debating if it's a good place to continue to use for my family and myself. No one likes to be treated badly especially when it's supposed to be a trusted part of your care team blaming their mistakes on a patient. Her behavior needs to be reviewed as well as her errors."
"This store is generally well staffed, but always seems to have the middle holiday aisles a mess. The pharmacy is pretty fast and a good place to get your vaccines. They had a long line today but it went quickly. Walgreens needs to get it's stuff together with computer systems ordering prescriptions and deciding what kind of health store they are."
"Confirming this is the absolute worst place. No one here and an appointment for flu vaccine and just sit and sit and sit and sit and sit and sit…..no point in making an “appointment “"
"I am an asthmatic and rely heavily on my inhaler. I was told that my prescription needed to be confirmed by my primary care. I waited and waited and then last night received an email from Walgreens that their was a problem and I had to contact dr. office. I did and after a half hour on the phone found out that Walgreens had never contacted the primary care. Walgreens, you dropped the ball and this medication is a necessity!"
"Prescription was called in on Monday and didn’t get the text notification until Friday. Went in to pick it up and they couldn’t find it. What’s the point in even having a pharmacy when they can’t even provide in a timely manner yet alone provide the medication itself. CVS from this point forward."
